Looks at age-adjusted rates, rather than raw rates. Rather than looking at these variables in a simple pairwise fashion, examines the multivariate dependencies that inhere among them. Reinforces the findings that Hispanics have lower utilization rates and blacks higher utilization rates for these services. (AFH)
